All About Weekend Warriors
1 Corinthians 12:12 - 27
"Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ..."
Weekend Warriors is a collaborative storytelling experience which involves role-playing game dynamics. Using the D&D 5e system and biblical philosophy as a foundation, students are guided through conflicts that encourage team-building, empathy, and creative thinking. (It also involves quick math skills--but let's not mention that.)
Faith-Based, Kid-Friendly, 5e

Welcome to my channel. I am an Anglican priest, and an Olde School D&D nerd. On this channel I'll go into my own history in the game, how my children discovered it, and the BECMI campaign I'm now running for them. - The Dungeon Minister (YouTube)
"Perhaps Christians can consider how things like D&D can be not only an enjoyable way to connect but also a medium for discipleship or outreach." - Eddy Wu, Ph.D, Union Baptist Association
"D&D is a fun, creativity inducing game. Following Jesus is a calling of ultimate significance and meaning. Is it possible for me to live in the truth of each thing? Put another way, can an authentic follower of Jesus engage and enjoy secular culture? Can pastors play D&D?"
- Pastor Rory Philstrom, DungeonMasterPastor
Reading J.R.R. Tolkien was fine; playing a game inspired by his epic stories was not. - Emily McGowin, The Week
It’s not the theology inside the fantasy worlds that interests me. Rather, I find the practice of playing D&D—and its theological and ethical dimensions—far more interesting. - Ptr. Emily McGowin, Christianity Today
